Bee brings to the classroom close to 40 years of experience as an award achieving agent. Bee supervised the opening and managed the Macomb office of CENTURY 21 AAA North until her promotion to Executive Director of Recruiting. Bee brings the same upbeat attitude to real estate presentations as she does to life and provides inspiration, education and motivation in the classroom. Bee generously shares her years of experience with a common sense approach to real estate.
Charles W. Reaume
Charles Reaume is the Broker/Owner of Century 21 AAA North and Century 21 Country Hills. He has been an integral and active participant of the real estate profession for almost 40 years. Mr. Reaume has served on the Board of Directors for The Macomb County Association of Realtors; he was one of the motivating forces in the merger of two great associations into the largest Realtor association in Michigan - The Metropolitan Consolidated Association of Realtors.
From the onset Chuck has recognized that a successful agent is a knowledgeable and a well trained agent. With that goal in mind he established a leading edge training program for all agents in his firm. This program focuses on what new agents need to know to get started in real estate as well as refresher courses for seasoned agents.
Jan Gietzen
Bringing four generations of real estate experience to the classroom, Jan jokes that it was predestination that she establish a career in real estate. In addition to her responsibilities as Training Coordinator Jan teaches a variety of classes at the CENTURY 21 AAA North/Country Hills Sales Training Academy. During over 20 years of teaching experiences Jan has taught every age group from preschool through adult.
In addition to almost 15 years of formal real estate experience, Jan brings a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Brokers license, a bit of humor, and a multitude of practical experiences to the classroom. Teaching both pre license classes, for a local real estate school, and post license programs for our office provides a prospective available few instructors.
Jason Wogaman
Jason has experience as both a successful real estate agent and an experienced engineer. This provides a prospective that few people have. He is the designer and instructor for all of our computer related classes. He understands the technical world of computers, the practical application requirements, and how to relate the two diverse worlds.
Technology will work best when understood. Jason is able to incorporate his Broker's license, college degree, multiple real estate designations into the wonderful world of bits and binary, known as computer talk. He presents the technology in a real estate related and focused environment. This presentation allows for utilization and comprehension by all agents.
Keith Reaume
Keith was born into the real estate industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to his customers and the classroom. He is also the Manager of the Century 21 AAA North Macomb office.
Tim Moore
To understand a persons job one must first walk in their shoes. Tim's vast array of experience provides him with ability to understand a multitude of real estate positions. Tim has been everything from a salesperson in a local market to a manager on the CENTURY 21 National Staff, and many positions in between.
After retiring from the National Staff of CENTURY 21 Tim has turned his talents back to the local market. Tim's intimate knowledge of what is offered by CENTURY 21, to new and seasoned agents, brings a prospective to the classroom few can emulate and no one can duplicate. Tim's unique presentation skill provides motivation, inspiration and information for those new and experienced alike. Tim presents his version of what some in the business have referred to as "the masters". His material incorporates what has worked for the familiar standards and gives it the punch needed in today's market.
